After a late departure from London Heathrow (funny how often it’s the “late arrival of the incoming aircraft”), our Singapore Airlines flight got to Singapore just slightly late. I hear and read the hype about Singapore Airlines, but I honestly find them hard to fault. We had a really nice flight.

Waited a little for our luggage, then we’re soon on our way to our hotel. We are staying at the Fullerton Bay Hotel this time. Nice views over the Marina Bay Area, and the now famous Marina Bay Sands hotel. Had a decent sleep, and ready for the day that lies ahead.
