It really is in the middle of nowhere, right in the South China Sea. But it’s beautiful for sure, and totally changed my opinion of the waters in this area, which I had thought would all be a bit ‘ugly’ (?). The water here is spectacular,

We didn’t do hundreds of activities, but walked around to the extremities of the resort, and took a sunset cruise (where we saw dolphins, much to the delight of our ‘guide’). As a highlight though, we did chose the private picnic, where we were taken out to a small island by boat. Table, chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, food, drink, kayak…….what more could we want ? It was a really nice experience, and we enjoyed it so much – eating, swimming, snorkelling and lazing around. What fun 😎😎😎😎
